Common questions

How often will you write to me?
Only at the moments that deserve a letter — a collection landing in Malaysia, discovery sets opening, a private salon evening. There is no weekly rhythm to it, because there is no weekly news.
What will RENATA cost in Malaysia?
Malaysian pricing is announced together with the retail packaging, never ahead of it. Registered guests hear the figure first — we would rather give it to you once, correctly, than guess at it now.
When does RENATA launch here?
No date is promised. Stock, packaging and the paperwork behind them all have to arrive together, and the day they do, we will write to you.
How do the complimentary discovery sets work?
When allocations open, registered guests are invited first. If you have already left a delivery address, we confirm it with you and send the set; if you have not, you can add one when the invitation reaches you.
When will I hear from you for the first time?
When the collection lands, or when discovery-set applications open — whichever comes first. You will not hear from us until then.
How is my personal information protected?
Your details are used solely to send RENATA collection news and to post physical samples, under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We never sell or share data with third-party advertisers. Full detail is in our Privacy Notice.
Are the phone and postal address fields required?
They are optional. Both exist only so a physical discovery set has somewhere to go. Leave them blank now and add them when allocations open.
