What this site is
The RENATA brand and haircare-knowledge site for Malaysia. There is no online checkout. Product information here is an introduction; final specifications, shades and labelling follow the Malaysian retail packaging.
Content is general information
The haircare articles are written from public sources and brand experience. They are general information, not medical advice — persistent scalp or skin problems belong with a doctor, not an article.
Intellectual property
The text, images and design on this site (including official product photography and video material) belong to RENATA and its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use requires written permission; fair quotation with attribution is welcome.
The launch trial programme
We are offering 100 complimentary trial sets to readers who complete the scalp assessment. No purchase is necessary and none is possible — there is no checkout here. Recipients are chosen at RENATA’s discretion, on the substance of what is written in the submission, and the selection is final. Standard shipping within West Malaysia is covered by us. The sets are not exchangeable for cash or for any other product, and we may close the programme early if the allocation is taken up.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as the site develops — the launch of a Malaysian retail channel, for instance, will change parts of them. The current version is always the one published here, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
